Web Font License

For embedding the font on websites using @font-face or webfont files.

  • Use in website headings, menus, buttons, landing pages, blogs, product pages, and web layouts✓
  • Self-hosting webfont files on the licensed website✓
  • Use in commercial websites, personal websites, portfolios, and e-commerce websites✓

Prohibited

  • Use inside apps, games, SaaS, desktop software, or mobile software✕
  • Use in eBooks, ePub files, or digital publications✕
  • Server-side generation of images, PDFs, or dynamic text✕
  • Allowing website visitors to type, customize, download, or generate designs using the font✕

  • Sharing or redistributing the font file✕
  • AI training or dataset usage✕

Merchandise

For using the font in physical product for sales

Permitted

  • Use the font to create physical merchandise for sale.✓
  • Create and sell t-shirts, hoodies, caps, patches, stickers, posters, mugs, packaging, apparel, and other physical products.✓
  • Use the font for print-on-demand products.✓
  • Use the font in rasterized or outlined artwork for merchandise.✓
  • Sell products or units according to the limits included in your selected license tier.✓

Prohibited

  • Selling or distributing the font file itself.✕
  • Creating editable templates where customers can type or modify the font.✕

Trademark Logo

For using the font in a logo, wordmark, or brand mark intended for trademark registration or official brand ownership.

Permitted

  • **The Trademark Logo License must be owned by the client, company, organization, or brand that will use or register the logo as a trademark. A designer or agency may purchase the license on behalf of the client, but the client must be identified as the licensed entity**✓
  • Use the font to create one or more logos/wordmarks according to the selected quantity/tier✓
  • Register the final logo or wordmark as a trademark✓
  • Use the final outlined/static logo for brand identity, packaging, website graphics, social media, signage, and marketing✓
  • Deliver the final outlined logo artwork to a client✓
  • This license covers logo, wordmark, and brand mark usage only. If the font or logo is used as the main design on products for sale, a Merchandise License is required.✓

Prohibited

  • Using one Trademark Logo License for multiple unrelated clients, companies, or brands.✕
  • A designer or agency reusing the same license for other client projects.✕
  • Transferring the license to another client, company, or brand.✕
  • Distributing the original font files to the client or other third parties unless separately permitted.✕
  • Registering the font name, font software, individual glyphs, or the font itself as a trademark.✕
  • Claiming exclusive ownership over the font or preventing other customers from using the same font.✕

Digital Ads

For using the font in paid online advertising campaigns.

Video and Streaming

Use the font in video and streaming content for one selected channel, brand, artist, or project

  • Use the font for music videos, lyric videos, visualizers, and album promo videos.✓

Convert or Modify

Do not alter, convert, or modify font files into other formats or derivative works without written permission.

Duplicate or Copy
