The Trademark Logo License must be owned by the client, company, organization, or brand that will use or register the logo as a trademark. A designer or agency may purchase the license on behalf of the client, but the client must be identified as the licensed entity✓

Using one Trademark Logo License for multiple unrelated clients, companies, or brands.✕
A designer or agency reusing the same license for other client projects.✕
Transferring the license to another client, company, or brand.✕
Distributing the original font files to the client or other third parties unless separately permitted.✕
